Thermomix playdough recipe to reduce stress & anxiety

I can hear you thinking. How does playdough reduce stress and anxiety?

When we are working with our hands and our mind is in a creative mode we begin to focus on being present. Our mind is not lingering to the past or future memories causing overwhelm. The extra benefit of creativity is that it lowers our breathing. Long deep breathes reduces stress in the body, lowers our heart rate for healing and enhances our mind to build up energy.

Make yourself some play dough and start getting creative. This practice is not about making something and then selling it bla bla bla. This is all about taking time out to reduce stress and to train yourself that rest is just as productive as being busy. Enjoy the recipe.
