Employee Assistant Programs (EAP)
Everyday Workplace Wellbeing
Support Your Staff. Meet Your Obligations. Keep It Simple. Flexible workplace mental wellbeing support for businesses in NSW, VIC & QLD.
About the Service
Today’s workplaces are under more pressure than ever — and so are their people. Stress, burnout and mental health challenges affect performance, morale, and safety.
As a business owner, manager or team leader, you're now required to actively manage mental health risks in the workplace. But not everyone needs a large-scale employee assistance program (EAP).
That’s why I created Everyday Workplace Wellbeing — a simple, pay-as-you-go support service that gives you the tools to care for your staff and meet your legal obligations with ease.
What Support Is Available…
You can choose one, a few, or all - whatever fits your team right now.
My services are designed to be flexible and tailored to your workplace needs:
✔️ Confidential Staff Counselling & Coaching
Private sessions to support staff with stress, overwhelm, or personal challenges - available by phone, Zoom, or in-person.
✔️ Toolbox Talks
Short, practical sessions delivered onsite or online to build awareness around stress, communication, resilience, or mindset.
✔️ Workplace Wellbeing Workshops
Facilitated group sessions to explore key issues like burnout, emotional fatigue, and team culture — always tailored to your workplace.
✔️ Support Where It Suits You
I deliver sessions online, in your workplace (metro Sydney + parts of regional NSW), or from my office in Schofields.
Who It’s For …
✅ Site managers, team leaders, supervisors
✅ Businesses without formal wellbeing support
✅ HR managers looking for flexible options
✅ Any business
I’ve worked in transport, hospitality, finance and allied health — so I understand blue-collar and frontline workplaces.
Why It Matters …
In Australia, all employers must now manage psychosocial hazards just like physical ones.
This includes:
🧠 High job demands
💬 Bullying or conflict
💼 Low support or unclear roles
💥 Exposure to trauma or fatigue
If left unaddressed, these risks can lead to poor mental health, legal liability, and staff turnover.
Employers are required under WHS and OHS laws (including NSW, VIC, and QLD) to take reasonable steps to prevent these risks - even in small teams.
Everyday Workplace Wellbeing helps you meet these obligations in a down-to-earth, accessible way - while genuinely supporting your people.
Results You Can Expect
🌿 Staff who feel supported and valued
📉 Reduced stress, tension, and workplace friction
💬 Improved team communication and morale
📈 A proactive approach to mental health and compliance
Let’s connect
Let’s see how it could work for your workplace. There’s no pressure and no jargon — just a real chat with someone who gets it.
