About the Service
Workplace Mental Wellbeing - Done Proactively supports businesses that want to move beyond box-ticking and take a practical, preventative approach to staff wellbeing. This service helps workplaces manage psychosocial risk, support staff early, and meet obligations in a calm, human, and effective way.
Many businesses already have access to free resources or formal support options. While these can help meet minimum requirements, they often come into play after issues have escalated. This service focuses on early, visible support to help prevent problems before they impact people, performance, or safety.
